Essential Qualificaiton (s)	EDUCATIONAL Degree in Glass/Ceramics Technology from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent and EXPERIENCE Two years experience in supervisory capacity in a technical/industrial unit in the manufacture of glass, glassware and scientific apparatus, table blown ware and allied articles or experience in promotion of small scale industries in areas of entrepreneurship development and quality control.
Desirable Qualificaiton (s)	Familiarity with the latest techniques of production and use of modern machines, equipment processes and tools as used in the glass and ceramics engineering industry and ii basic knowledge of Computers particularly application side of currently used software/packages for Offices.
Duty(ies)	To visit Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and advise their supervisory staff and workers about different problems, suggest improved techniques of production, quality standards and method of working, conduct entrepreneurship development programmes and tests for quality certification in the field of Glass Ceramics Technology. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Probation	Two years.
Head Quarter	Any where in India. All India Service Liability.
